Adam Syphers

The Director of Operations at DST as well as the head of DST’s Summer and Boot Camp programs. Prior to working at DST, Adam coached and played collegiate football.

At Northern State University (South Dakota) he was an All Conference WR and lead the team in receiving both season there en route to helping the Wolves win the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Championship in 1999.After a record breaking senior season at NSU Adam signed with the Sioux Falls Storm of the National Indoor Football League. After his second season he jumped right in to coaching the following fall.

He coached Wide Receivers at Menlo College, Running Backs at the University of Concordia, Saint Paul and Defensive Backs at Carthage College. While coaching the DB’s at Carthage College, The Redmen led the nation in interceptions in 2004 with 31, won their first CCIW Championship in 20 Years and make it to the quarterfinals in the NCAA DIII playoffs.

Adam stopped coaching football in 2006 and headed up fitness full time. He managed The Tarble Athletic and Recreation Center on campus. There he instructed group classes from Core Conditioning to Boot Camp Basics. From there he started working with a number of the school’s athletic teamswith their off season training. He worked with Swim Teams, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Baseball and Men’s Volleyball.
