Lee Fiocchi

The Founder and Director of Dynamic Sports Training and is also the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Houston Christian High School . He has been featured on ESPN as well as in the USA Today, LA Times, Houston Chronicle and Boston Globe.

Prior to starting DST, Lee worked and trained under world-renowned performance specialist Pete Bommaritoat Perfect Competition in Davie Florida. In just over one month there Lee became the Director of Major League Baseball Off-season training, creating immediate success (most notably Magglio Ordonez career year) and was an integral part of the 2007 and 2008 NFL Combine Prep strength program (6 first round picks) and in six months was promoted to associate director of performance the highest position attainable within the company. During his tenure with Perfect Competition they had two of the most successful years in NFL combine prep, MLB off-season training, and NFL off-season training.

Lee has trained 27 MLB players, over 100 NFL players and prepared over 100 players for the NFL combine.

He graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a B.S. in Physical Education.
