DST Winter Speed Camp
(December 26th-December 30th)
Our Winter Speed Camp is a one week camp taking place the week before Christmas. It will be a 5-day, 1 hour training session where we will teach and develop athletes using a variety of speed improvement methods that we use with our professional athletes. Speed is a trait that is vital for the advancement of any aspiring athlete. Whether you want to improve your 40 or 60 time, this camp is for you. Some of the methods may include:
Maximum Velocity Training
Maximum Acceleration Training
Hip Mobility Training
Overspeed/Underspeed Training
