DST Winter Speed Camp
(December 31th-January 4th)
Our Winter Speed Camp is a one week camp taking place the week after Christmas. It will be a 5-day, 1 hour training session where we will teach and develop athletes using a variety of speed improvement methods that we use with our professional athletes. Speed is a trait that is vital for the advancement of any aspiring athlete. Whether you are looking to steal more bases, gain break away speed or want to improve your 40/60 time, this camp is for you.
