Youth Circuit Training

These workouts are a great way to introduce your young athlete to training and to DST. They are group based training, but the training is still geared toward the type of workouts that specific age group should be focused on. Each age range has a general focus that should be addressed in training.

7-9- year-old athletes can expect to improve their reaction time, speed, coordination, and full body control

10-12- year-old athletes will increase their anaerobic endurance, strength, balance, stability

In addition to a great workout, your young athlete will enjoy the camaraderie of competing with his teammates. We have done our best to make these workouts coincide with your pre-existing practice schedules.
