While we’re less than thrilled to have closed our facilities, we’re so excited to continue working with you remotely!
We have a number of sessions available to you:
- Join Chelsea for her HIIT/Bodyweight classes on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday at 12:00 CT for some great upper body, lower body, and core-focused work!
- Our ‘Rise & Grind’ morning classes, led by Josh Graber and Alex Isringhausen are perfect for both men and women and will incorporate strength, core, and a little cardio!
- Get moving with Chelsea’s Mobility classes: Tuesday morning at 9am or Thursday at noon.

The cost is only $8 per class for drop-ins and FREE for E3 or DST members
