DST SOUTH AFTER-SCHOOL MEMBERSHIPS

These memberships give you access to DST and our coaches 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) from 3:00pm-7:00pm, daily. Each athlete has their own individualized program, and will get individual attention from our qualified coaching staff while retaining the encouraging benefits of traditional group training. In short – It’s the best of both worlds.

Programs are customized by qualities and traits found during our initial assessment process, but we also customize to the athlete’s schedule. If you can make it 3 days per week, we write a 3-day program for you. If you can make 4 days per week consistently, then we will write a 4-day plan. With all this, you still have access on your non-programmed days, so if you are on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday plan, but want to come in on a Tuesday for some extra work with our coaches, that is still available to you at no additional cost.

These Memberships are focused on developing the athlete in a holistic way – focusing on movement, strength, mobility, power, speed and other qualities.

For High School Athletes, the initial assessment is required. We still recommend the assessment for our younger youth athletes, but it is not a requirement.
